So several months after the release of Converting Vegetarians album, how has it
been received?
The album was received very well
world-wide, much better then we expected... it sold double then the previous
CDs.
That album had a new direction compared to your previous work. Did your
fans "get it"?
Well, some did and some didn't... but
in general it was a huge success for us, because we gathered new fans that
never heard about infected before. And, the "old school" fans liked
it in the end too.
How did you
pick the artwork of Converting Vegetarians album cover?
We just looked at some work of a lot of
artists that make weird stuff and that picture got us, can't explain much
why... we just found it really interesting.
So you will be spending some time at home in
Yep, we made a little break in order to
finish the upcoming album. It's impossible to perform all the time and produce
as well... so we had to make this break.
Who manages you and for how long? Do you plan to release your next album
on B.N.E.?
Our booking agents are devided in two:

You have collaborated with so many different artists, there's too many to
name. How do you like the experience of working with other artists, and
which ones did you like working with the most?
We love to collaborate with different
artists because they always bring fresh ideas and some more laughter into the
studio, that is always good ... for us the most challenging artist to work with
was Simon Posford (Aka. Spongle, Hallucinogen) because we have a lot of respect
for his work.
What does each of you contribute creatively when working on new tracks in the
studio?
Well Duvdev is in charge of the coffee
and me (Erez) is responsible of the snacks. :)
You have played in the
Absolutely, the trance scene in the
states is growing massively, and we like it because there are more and more
fresh scenes each time!
How do you like
New York is our favorite city in the
world, because you can do anything you want, any time! You can buy any
equipment you want, any time, and at the best price and deliver it to your
hotel room... plus 2 eggs in the morning... this exists only in New York.!
Any predictions about your performance here this week? Will we hear
tracks from the upcoming album?
We haven't preformed in
Where is each of you from in
Both of us are from the north of
How old is each of you? Married? Kids?
Duvdev 29, Divorced, No Kids. Erez 23, Girlfriend, No Kids...
Before recognition, what did you all do for a living?
Before, Duvdev was working in a Steel
Factory, and me (Erez) working in a computer shop, as computer engineer.
Every DJ/performer has that one stupid moment on stage they'll always remember.
Care to share yours?
It was in
for about 5 minutes, until the computer
was restarted. I played the synths during these never ending 5 minutes and
Duvdev was hitting the computer so
that it will restart faster... Not much
fun....
What else are you into besides the music?
We like to EAT, Play PlayStation2, See
movies... and Duvdev is usually getting drunk in some pubs, finding himself in
unknown apartments... :)
What's the "must hear" track of the moment for you right now?
Astrix - Coolio, J.views - Muse Breaks,
Violet Vision - Your Voice, Sub6 - What's in Your Mind, Skazi - I Wish Remix
